Job Overview:

To drive forward sales across all channels and create campaigns that generate traffic, conversation and customer retention both online and offline through well written, well designed assets – both print and digital.

Key responsibilities include:

Implementing online and offline marketing campaigns for educational training, events and resources

  • Creating engaging content to support online media channels including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest –  trackable using Google Analytics Tools

  • Manging the content and community aspects of the Company’s Learning Platforms, including Disciple and Learn Book

  • Generating data capture and ensuring all data held is GDPR compliant

  • Producing statistics and analytics to improve sales performance and SEO

  • Creating design ideas for use of images, videos, leaflets, flyers, gifs and other attractive forms of visual content

  • Assisting in the design and production of creative assets for online and offline campaigns, including mail chimp emails and print flyers and brochures

  • Liaise with key partners to drive forward and manage digital and event led marketing campaigns both nationally and internationally

  • Assisting the marketing team, as required, to complete a range of business-critical projects

  • Help to organise and manage a Company presence at industry events and exhibitions

Key Experiences & Skills:

Due to the nature of the role, we require a candidate with strong career experience in B2B and/or B2C Social Media communication. You will need strong IT skills, copywriting and design skills and proficient in using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Mailchimp and/or similar.

Key Attributes & Skills:

  • Educated to degree level in relevant subject area

  • Have a minimum of 4 years previous experience in a marketing role

  • A good team player with the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-moving environment

  • Experience of driving traffic to ecommerce platform / promoting online shopping

  • Highly motivated and well organised, able to work effectively with minimal supervision

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work flexibly and proactively to meet critical deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a dynamic team player who is confident in working across a variety of departments and with senior staff

Contract Terms:

Fulltime: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm or 9.00 – 5.30pm

Salary: £22-26k, dependent on experience

Contract: Type: Permanent

Location: Early Excellence Centre, Outlane, Huddersfield with flexibility to work at home 2 days a week.

Benefits: 25 days holiday pro-rata, plus bank holidays, parking on site
